OUTCOME
A secure perimeter has been created with a single-entry point within the existing church hall. The hall has been repurposed into a multi-purpose building and connected to the outdoor play areas with decks.

All buildings have been refurbished and brought to code. Playroom entries have been made identifiable. New play equipment and landscaping is incorporated throughout. The number of children that can attend was raised from 130 up to 160.
