OUTCOME
The ground level has two bedrooms, a bathroom, the living area, sitting room and a feature stair void. The lower level has two bedrooms, a bathroom and rumpus room. The upper level has the main bedroom and parent’s retreat. All five bedrooms, terrace and two living areas have expansive views of the ocean.
Bushfire construction was integrated to deal with the Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) from the forest behind.
